I work with the International Bateson Institute as:
- researcher,
- advisory board member, and
- web master for the IBI archive site.
As of August, 2017, I have started consulting with a company that makes innovative technological devices for classrooms. I'm focusing on helping them develop curricular support materials for these devices.
Major writing projects:
- a new look at Batesonian epistemology;
- teaching and learning systems thinking from a Batesonian perspective;
- a series of books on teaching and learning through inquiry into systems and patterns.
- projects that develop approaches to teaching using Nora Bateson's film, An Ecology of Mind: A Daughter's Portrait of Gregory Bateson.
At the same time, I am working on a series of videos on relationships, systems, patterns, epistemology, and other aspects of Batesonian systems perspectives.
